I've discovered a great affinity for working with small businesses and organizations ready to connect with their target clients! Creating authentic, informative, and meaningful story-centered content is my focus.
A former college composition professor and creative type, I founded Refine + Conquer to help clients clarify their brand and connect with their audience. While serving as a board member with two local nonprofits, I developed strategic planning skills and was able to witness the effect of life-changing services and community growth around a cause. With Refine + Conquer, I’ve combined my teaching and leadership experiences to support small businesses and nonprofits in effectively and enthusiastically communicating with those who need their unique programs and services.
I live in northeastern OH, completed graduate work at Marquette University, and share my life with my teenage and young adult children. Spending time with my crew, reading contemporary fiction, walking in nature, pursuing creative projects, trying to get a laugh out of others, and tending to the requirements of family pets are my favorite activities when I’m not busy at my computer.
